6Can I use the system without installing software?
Yeah, sure.
There is no need to install anything on your computer or phone. All you need is an internet connection and internet browser to use Doh PMS.
7Are there any setup costs?
No additional setup costs are required for Doh PMS.
8Do I have to pay for software updates or upgrades?
The system performs updates and patch management automatically, as Doh PMS is a SaaS application, reducing the burden on your in-house IT staff.
9Can I have access to Doh PMS offline?
Access to the Doh PMS requires an active internet connection.

12Both Phone no and Email are compulsory to create account?
Phone number is mandatory. You don't mind if you don't have any email.
13If i forget my password. How do I reset it?
To reset your password click on the Forgot Password link on Login page and follow the instructions.
14What kind of internet connection do I need?
You need a good internet connection. Mobile 3 G internet connection is sufficient to use Doh PMS.
15Which devices are allowed to use Doh PMS?
You can use Doh PMS with multiple devices - mobile phone , laptop , desktop , tablet.
16Who are the service provider?
Authorized service providers who is allowed to provide various services in your Property.
For instance: if you need to repair air condition or relocate your stuffs, you will find authorized service providers and contractors for your needs.
17How many user can create for one resident?
Multiple user can create for one resident.
For instance: Family member can create for one resident.
18How to request car parking?
Go to software and Click "Car Park" and follow the instructions.

19When do we need for parking request?
If you buy a new car or need additional car parking, you can request for additional car park in Doh PMS.

You can request a renovation if you want to change your home decor or upgrade your room.

23When do we need for Defect report?
If there is any defect in your property before you stay, like for example
• Leaking Air conditioner
• Water leakage from the pipe.
• The workmanship of wall painting is poor quality.
• The toilet doesn’t flush

25When we need for Complain submission?
Examples of complaints include another car wrongly parked in your parking lot, the water in the swimming pool being dirty or the gym floor being dirty. In such cases you can use the “Complaint” function in the system.

27When do we need for other service request?
Service Request is similar to that of the other requests,you can request other services like door lock issue, cleaning services, etc.
28How can i cancel my request?
There are two ways to cancel your requset.
First, you can cancel directly by clicking the "Cancel" button on your requested service.
Second, some of the requests can not be canceled directly by the resident user once they are in progress. You must therefore contact the property management team or the customer service officer.
29How to check my monthly bill?
Go to software and Click "Billing" and then you can check your monthly bill.
30Can i check monthly bill invoice of the last year and How?
Yes sure, you can check the bill of the last year.
You can follow the steps to check monthly bill invoice
1. Go to software and Click "Billing ".
2. In the 'Date' search box .You need to input the date you want to look for (or)
3. In the 'Description' search box.You need to input the utility type you want to look for e.g."Water","Electric","Facility".

32Can i submit document to property manager?
Yes, Doh PMS allows you to upload and attach a document, such as a photo or a document, when you need to provide it to the property manager.
33How do we know whether our request are working or not?
According to the notification, you can easily know it.
So, you're not going to miss important information from the property manager, you can also check "Status" for activities.
34What is visitor management and how it work?
You can issue pre-authorized permission to your guest, so you don’t need to inform the security officer when visitors are coming.
Doh PMS will directly send an access code to the visitor and to the security when you create a new request via SMS.
The Visitor just need to show the SMS access code to security officer at entry gate or enter SMS access code into entry gate control system and they can then easily pass through the security gate.
If the visitor uses the Doh PMS app, you can show the QR code to the security office or just scan the QR code in the security control system.
35How can i book BBQ pit and Gym?
